OnePlus is set to launch its next flagship phone, the OnePlus 11 5G, in India alongside global markets on February 7, 2023. Ahead of D-day, the Chinese smartphone major has shared “a sneak-peek into the upcoming flagship smartphone.” Here’s your first look at the upcoming OnePlus 11 5G.

The OnePlus 11 5G is confirmed to come in two finishes, at least. The phone will come in two colours: green and black. The black version of the OnePlus 11 seems to have a matte sandstone-like finish reminiscent of the OnePlus 10 Pro. The green colour model appears to have a relatively glossy surface, on the lines of the OnePlus 10T.

Though OnePlus hasn’t explicitly mentioned the build materials, it is all but certain that the OnePlus 11 will come with a glass back. The outer frame, basis of the renders shared by OnePlus, is obviously metal.

The OnePlus 11 5G may look identical to the OnePlus 10 Pro based on the renders, but there’s one big change. The camera assembly has been tweaked a bit with three cameras and LED flash begin now concentred withing a distinct circle. This was more squarish in the OnePlus 10 Pro. Speculation is rife that this would be made out of ceramic. The resolution of those cameras remains a mystery, though OnePlus has confirmed Hasselblad would remain a partner to fine tune them.

The OnePlus 11 5G will retain OnePlus’s hallmark alert slider, after it went missing on the OnePlus 10T.
6/6
The OnePlus 11 5G is confirmed to come with Qualcomm’s brand-new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It should run Android 13-based OxygenOS 13. OnePlus has recently committed to delivering 4 generations of OxygenOS and 5 years of security updates to select devices from 2023 and the OnePlus 11 is expected to be among the first wave of devices to get this.
