Oriana Power bags orders worth Rs 17.49 crore for 3.93 MW solar power projects

NSE Emerge-listed renewable energy solutions provider Oriana Power Ltd announced that it has bagged 3 orders for 3.93 MW of projects worth Rs 17.49 crore. The three orders are for diverse projects located across three Indian states – Rajasthan, Karnataka and Haryana – further strengthening the company’s pan-India project execution credentials, it said.

The new orders are headlined by a 2.75 MW Floating Solar project valued at around Rs 13.6 crore from a renowned cement company in Rajasthan. The EPC phase is expected to be completed within 5 months.

Anirudh Saraswat, Co-founder & Chief Business Officer, Oriana Power Limited, said, “During our listing, we made a commitment to create value by improving our capabilities and presence. The recent order wins reflect this commitment. All three orders are for different geographies and demand diverse execution skills, which we at Oriana have successfully developed since our inception. The 2.75 MW floating solar project is the highlight as it would further enable us to define our leadership in a highly promising yet competitive industry arena.”

The company presently has an order book of 110+ MW, which would translate into revenues in the next six months.

Oriana Power provides low-carbon energy solutions to its clients by installing on-site solar projects (rooftop and ground-mounted) and off-site solar farms. Presently, Oriana possesses and manages a portfolio of more than 100 MWp capacity projects which are operational and under construction across India with a global presence in countries such as Kenya and South Africa.
