Property developer Man Infra Construction (MICL) on Friday said it will undertake the redevelopment of property where Bollywood actor Aamir Khan resides in Mumbai.
The property belongs to Virgo Co-operative Housing Society, located at Pali Hill, Bandra (West) area of Mumbai. The property has 24 flats, of which Khan owns nine.
MICL plans to construct 50,000 square feet for sale, targeting a Rs 500-crore topline from the project. The company plans to develop luxury 4 and 5 BHK apartment in the project, which is expected to commence in mid-2024.
